Who We Are
Myles of Great Hopes (MOGH) is a nonprofit 501-3c in the state of North Carolina with a vision of Reviving, Empowering and Sustaining of Hopes for the impoverished communities in Africa, with focus on needy public Kenyan schools.
We are comprised of a diverse group of individuals who have come together to improve the lives of those in need.
Myles of Great Hopes was founded in 2009 and officially launched in October at Cameron Village Library in Raleigh, North Carolina by Founder and President Isaac Kuria, a Raleigh resident and Kenyan native. MoGH leadership embraces all volunteer board members, including the chair. To remain effective and relevant, MoGH has a presence in Raleigh, NC as well as in Nairobi, Kenya.
We have propelled forward and achieved milestones in the community addressing specific areas. Provision of Clean Water remains our top most priority, and through that, Education and Health are addressed.
At MoGH, we survey the communities and address the most pressing needs that are aligned with our mission and vision.
